Christopher Chris Stallworth

Christopher Stallworth currently serves as Retail Manager III with SodexoMagic at Tuskegee University.

In this role, he provides leadership across retail operations while ensuring the highest standards of food

quality, safety, customer service, and brand integrity. Christopher is a detail-oriented and results driven leader known for his ability to inspire teams, develop staff, and maintain compliance with

Sodexo policies and operational standards.

With a strong background in retail dining and campus food service, Christopher brings extensive

experience in operational management, staff training, cash-handling controls, HACCP and safety

programs, and customer satisfaction initiatives. He has held progressive leadership roles within

Sodexo, including Retail Manager II, Senior Floor Supervisor, and Senior Production Supervisor,

where he supported both front- and back-of-house operations and led waste-reduction efforts

through LeanPath.

Christopher is passionate about creating positive dining experiences for students and clients while

fostering a culture of Zero Harm, accountability, and professional growth.
